A Little Bit About Me

I am Chrissie and I’m an Online Personal Trainer dedicated for busy women!

I focus on working with ladies like you, who want to build fitness into their lifestyle, make sustainable results and finally ditch the fad diets once and for all!

I am passionate about helping women to reach their fitness goals and finally achieve that body confidence! they’ve wanted for so long.

Workout Schedule

I understand how crazy life can be and how hard it can be to build a workout schedule and nutrition plan around daily life, a busy full-time job and family time.

One-To-One

During your one-to-one coaching with me, we will not only create a plan that will ensue you gain that toned body you’ve always wanted but that also works for your lifestyle.

Working Together

We’ll work together and I will show you how you can make time for those workouts, eat from a nutrition plan that supports your goals and gain your dream body without making sacrifices in your life.

Me as Your Coach!

I am a fully qualified personal trainer (level two and three), which has given me the tools to support busy women, like yourself, to fulfil their fitness potential and gain that body confidence they have always dreamt of!

My experience of coaching many different ladies from different circumstances has helped me to tailor my coaching to the needs of the client, as I know that 'one shoe does not fit all' when it comes to fitness and nutrition

When you work with me, we will create you a Personal  Workout Plan. This is crafted to suit your goals, circumstances, and time, so that it will work for your lifestyle, and it is something you can stick to. 

Together we will create you a Personal  Meal Plan, which is full of the food you love, easy and quick recipes and tailored to your personal calories and macronutrients needs.

Finally, we will have weekly coaching 'Check Ins', which will support you with your journey and help you to stay accountable

As your coach, I am always at the other end of the phone and here to support you!    

Train

Your Personal Fitness Plan will be tailored to your goals and lifestyle! 
This means you will be able to shift that body fat, feel more toned and get stronger, while knowing that you can fit this into your busy week! 

Eat

You will get a Personal Meal Plan tailored towards your calories and macronutrients. 
Allergies or dietary requirements? 
Don’t worry! We’ve got your back. 
Each recipe is specially designed to your goals and calorie needs.   

Coach

Every week, we will catch up about your progress, nutrition and with how you feel towards your fitness journey. 
During these sessions, we will reflect on your week and set goals for the following week.
