What if I have specific needs or dietary requirements?

Answer:  Don't worry! 

I’ve got your back. All of my plans are tailored to you and your needs! My Nutrition Plans are specifically tailored to your dietary preferences, intolerances, and allergies.

Can I workout from home?

Answer:  If you don't have access to a gym, then don’t worry!

All of my Workout Plans are completely personalised so I can cater to whatever situation you are in or whatever equipment you have!

Do I need a history in health and fitness?

Answer:  No! 

My coaching is suitable for everyone. As my client you will receive a completely Personalised Plan. Therefore, it does not matter at what stage in your fitness level you are at, I am there to help you to improve. Whether you are a complete beginner or a regular trainer I am here to help you develop.

Is there a minimum time that you would suggest for your coaching?

Answer:  Yes!

As a new client you will need to commit to my 12 Week Plan.  This is because my approachis not tailored towards ‘quick fixes’ or ‘fad diets’, it is more about the long-term approach and a sustainable impact.

How do the payments work?

Answer: The choice is yours!

Payments will be made on a monthly basis or as a one-off payment at the start of your plan. This is up to you as my client and is based on your own particular preferences.
